Roasted Red Pepper Dip
I adapted and adopted this recipe from Tamara and Sara at the Living Kitchen Wellness group:
1 roasted red pepper
1 can white kidney beans, rinsed thoroughly
1 small onion, sauteed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp cumin
1/4 Tbsp chili powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
This dip is great... smooth, easy, and healthy.
