Yield: 7 Waffles.
Sift into a large bowl:
- 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 3 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup Plain Yogurt*
- 3/4 cup Milk*
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted (more butter is more better)
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (more if you like 'em sweet)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Add the wet mix to the dry mix and whisk with a fork until just combined and still a bit lumpy. Let sit for 20 minutes, if possible.
Preheat waffle iron. No need to grease/ oil the iron if it is non-stick. Add a heaping 1/3 cup of batter for each waffle, and gently spread the batter evenly across the iron. Remove 1 minute after "ready" light goes on, and SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
