Bread Pudding

I helped out Kheng over in the pastry section today, and made some bread pudding.

Start off by heating, in a pot:
2 L whipping cream
2 L milk
50 mL vanilla

Stir frequently to avoid curdling, and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat. While whisking, slowly add in:
2 L/ 40 eggs
1.5 kg sugar

Pour this mixture over:
2.5 kg bread, in chunks

Let it sit in the fridge overnight, then sell/ serve.
