Maple Burgers

The meat guys are always testing out new ways to market their product and yesterday they made maple-flavored hamburgers. They were amazing.

As for any excellent hamburger, you need great meat. Fresh beef chuck does nicely. They recommend using meat with 20% to 25% fat. To this they added maple syrup, minced sage, salt and pepper.

Simple, but excellent.
