Curried Paneer

Ashok showed me a curried paneer dish yesterday... not sure what it's called.

Started off with hot oil in a pan... added cumin seeds to toast, then added some onions and some frozen peas, sauteed for a few minutes. Spiced it up with a bunch of salt, some cumin powder, turmeric, paprika, garam massala, and pepper. Added some tomato sauce and onion sauce, then tossed in the cubed paneer with some mozzarella. Stirred it all up, then added whipping cream... heated a little bit (not to a boil really), some sliced almonds, and cilantro.

It was good... what more can I say?
