World's Best Banana Bread

Kheng makes this banana bread a LOT, and it's out of this word... everybody agrees, and they've all been asking for the recipe. Needless to say, he's not giving it out. I only know this version is right because I made it myself while helping him out:

Yields 8 x 4lb loafs. Can be scaled down.

8 lb bananas
8 lb flour
8 lb sugar
300 g baking powder
2 Litres eggs
3 Litres milk
1 Litre vegetable oil
salt, a few pinches

Sift the flour and baking powder - it makes a big difference.

Peel and mash the bananas in the mixer. Add the sugar and mix. Slowly add the eggs and oil while mixing. Slowly add and alternate between the sifted flour/ baking powder and milk while mixing.

Measure 4 lb mix per loaf into loaf pans, and bake at 325 until cooked through and browned on top.
