"You can use regular guacamole but this salsa has more textures, flavours, colours and adds a lot to the tacos. If you don't like cilantro use basil, mint, or parsley. If you don't like too much heat, remoe seeds and ribs for jalapeno before chopping.
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered, drained
- 1 Jalapeno, diced
- 1 Green Onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1 cup cooked Corn, preferably grilled
- 1 ripe Avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Kosher Salt, to taste "
