Classic Fetuccini Alfredo



Pasta:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp water

Sauce:
1 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp butter + 1 Tbsp flour to make roux
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan

This worked out really well. I don't think that oil is a necessary ingredient for the pasta, after all; seems to make it chewy.
