Green Bean Salad

This one sells quite well, is simple, healthy, and tasty.
  • 20 lb green beans, blanched
  • 1 L slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 cups garlic, minced
  • 1 x 100 oz can of roasted red peppers, julienne
  • Chinese chili sauce (just a little bit)
  • oil (not absolutely necessary)
  • salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
