Green Bean Salad
This one sells quite well, is simple, healthy, and tasty.
20 lb green beans, blanched
1 L slivered almonds, toasted
2 cups garlic, minced
1 x 100 oz can of roasted red peppers, julienne
Chinese chili sauce (just a little bit)
oil (not absolutely necessary)
salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
